I think he means wildlings, who are made mindless when the elementals are angry with a person's woodsin. The greenwrath is the stuff of treants and is basically the Shroud trying to kill you.

Regardless of what he meant, he specifically mentioned thinking of werewolves and referencing Dragon Age :P. It exists in that game, not ours, and I wanted to make sure others didn't get confused. ^^
