There isn't really an official list irrc. some of the values were determined by players doing trial and error when the turns first came out. If you must know though, Its 475 for Turn 5, 515 for Turn 9 and 535 for Turn 13. I forgot to mention though these numbers are probably for the DPS. I believe these are for flank (right or left side of the boss) position, I mean generally most dps are either going to behind or to the side of the boss anyway. Tanks tends to need more accuracy than others because they are attacking from the front. But im assuming you are a BRD so use those numbers i mentioned.

To build on that tanks also need accuracy because they are combo dependent, and missing the first or second swing is a huge hate loss, and can throw you off quite a bit early in a fight.

Dps take different hits from losing their combos/rotations, BRD probably takes the smallest hit from not being capped on accuracy in the dps world.
