I know! I really hate it. No other MMO I've played has had this mentality or at least never to this extreme. It's more a problem with the games own design though. Wish it was more like SWTOR where I actually got to relax and actually enjoy the story blind in groups instead of constantly seeing parties harass players for wanting to enjoy it fresh here.

This isn't much different than The Chrysalis or Ramuh (not even extreme mode!) when it was new.
People would instantly drop because they didn't even want to give the difficulty a try.

I don't see any reason it should be removed from roulette. The point of roulette is to have experienced players come back to older content and help newer players. Not everyone out there has a full party of friends that can get together and help. In my opinion, you'll either need to work harder, and if needed step up as a temporary leader telling new people how to do the trial, or wait until the world can take it on more comfortably.
