i'm looking on the pre-order site, and it's not really clear. it says you get the blu-ray and the book with the CE, and then lists the boxed and digital prices....

No. Those are physical things. The digital version has the in game things you get from the physical collectors edition.

Why would you think you get the physical items with it? Seriously? it's 60 dollars vs 130(before taxes/shipping). What, pray tell, makes you think you should get the other things besides the in-game items?

While you would think that you would be able to get a digital copy of an artbook, making-of dvd & ost (I'm especially looking at you digital deluxe versions of WoW CEs), those things do NOT come with the digital CE of Heavensward.
