Sticky Movement on Controller

Often my character will keep moving despite the analog stick not being moved and won't stop moving until I jiggle the analog stick a few times. It doesn't seem to be a hardware issue as the actual analog stick isn't getting stuck, it's seems to be a software issue. The issue happens more often on mounts oddly enough. I play on PC with a Xbox One controller.

I found, when I switched from an X360 controller to an Xbox One controller, that I had to change the thumbstick deadzone setting in-game. I put it on about 25, I think, and the stickiness (which annoyed the hell out of me!) went away entirely. Play around with that setting a bit if you haven't already and see what you find.
