Cannot close GM ticket, causes blinking and notifications, very annoying

The issue of being unable to close a gm ticket is still ongoing. This issue has been going on at least since the beginning of the year. After receiving a response from a GM, the support notification will incessantly blink, even after having received a response and closed all tickets.

I have closed them multiple times, relogged, everything, but I constanly have the flashing notification and occasionally the middle-screen notification in my way.

This is so annoying. Please, please fix it. It really discourages people from opening tickets even more. It is distracting me while playing the game as the constant blinking of the notification really draws the eye that way...

As noted in the last couple threads, you will have to actually send a reply to the ticket. Most of us have made that reply basically a complaint about not being able to close the tickets and make the notifications stop.

On my side I never actually sent the report. Try hitting Reply then close out the windows. That's all I need on my side to clear it.
