Honestly, the only way to guarantee a slow run is fc or party finder. A way to try to do it is getting tanks and healers on your side, but you might be able to go through those fast enough with 4 i130 dps, so over geared dps might not even need the tanks or healers

I don't see what the big deal is. You will run these things a lot. Watch the cut scenes if you want. You only need to do it once. If they don't wait for you, you can learn the fights the other 45 times you run it.

I'm in the same boat as I just reached 50 for the first time yesterday, just to throw that out there.
