Well truth be told, coil being the end-game raid of all end-game raids.. There's no reason for SE to tone it down to let all the playerbase have access to it.

It's bound to take lot of effort, if your work irl takes priority, then by all means, you'll simply be missing out. OR be forced to tackle it with a PUG and take your chances.

My personal gripe with the game isn't the design around coil, coil can stay the way it is, something to study over and over, step by step, and eventually conquer it then just faceroll the crap out of it to farm for gear etc.. That's a typical raid model of MMOs anyway, if you're expecting something different, that's too bad.

My problem is that anything beyond lv 50 HM seems to be built around that very same design.. I don't mind putting together a static to get through coils, rather, I usually opt out of it because it doesn't intrigue me and that's fine also.. But why are all the extreme primals built around the same mechanics which takes multiple wipes and keeping notes to beat? Those should just be a test of physical skills (reflexes, muscle memory, multitasking etc.) to either promote people who're a liability to go the way of pre-mades, or perhaps forcing people to learn a thing or two about optimizing their play style... Sometimes I wonder if they're even using the extra hotbars, or if they've even bothered to rebind hotkeys to their liking.. Hell, I'd bet most of them are clickers even.. It's just insanely annoying to see people in Tex that still move like they belong in Satasha.. Game should've guided them to improve their playing, not their studying skills.
