I don't even understand your point. Why would I think the end-game community is bad for not wanting to spend their time with inexperienced players when trying to farm content? Sure, the inexperienced players are paying their sub too, but that entitles them to game time, not to other players' time. It is to be expected that when players, not just end-game players, any players, want to repeatedly clear any piece of content in a fast amount of time for whatever reward (be that dungeons, coil, pvp or whatever), they're going to want to fill their party with players experienced in that content. And of course, they have to make that known. Would you prefer they didn't lay out the rules or desires of their party in a visible description before joining? Just so inexperienced players would unwittingly join a "farm" party and immediately be kicked for holding back the party?

And you don't have to be in a static to ready yourself for coil farming. My FC has several people in it that are returning players, but they are GOOD players (that is the distinction). They can (and have) easily fill a spot in on my statics' party and learn FCOB and get their clear in a short amount of time, and go on to join PF farms. So yes, that people who want to (I personally don't care enough to farm FCOB, screw rng at this point, bring on Alexander tokens) certainly can make their experienced players only PFs. There's more than enough players that can come together from other statics and free companies (my static members have been PFing coil pretty much all day every week, statics don't just stick together and farm by themselves).

If you are a good player, and sociable, you can get yourself where you need to be. It may be overwhelming, but you just have to find the right spot. Get into learning parties, find an FC that actually does shit, don't just complain about elitists not carrying you while you sit back and do nothing because everything is too hard and toxic.
