Feature requests: adjust Cutscene Skip feature

(the Inn,ndr) It does indeed have them all (the cs, ndr). they are not 100% sequential, however.

That means, watching them messed up is fine, as long as they exists. Cannot agree

If you enforce this as a general rule (forcing cs, ndr), say goodbye to veterans helping speed up queue times and knowing useful strats to help along progression.

All those veterans are the reason we are talking of the problem. That sounds as "do as we want or gtfo, we are the pro and you are the carried". No, thank you.

More bonus = more incentive to clear fast, for efficiency.

You got the problem. Some people looks at new players just as a bonus resource for farming, But those noobs don't have to get in the way, watching cs and slow your speedrun, right? I got your point. Cannot agree, again.
