Feature requests: adjust Cutscene Skip feature

The only thing your "solution" will do is inflate the queue times for story dungeons as vets move on to more efficient content to grind. It's also a dead horse because SE hasn't added long cutscenes in the middle of their dungeons since Praetorium. If a dungeon has a story-related cutscene now it's usually at the very end when you've already cleared the duty specifically to avoid problems like this.
