It is their game. They can do what they want. It just comes with consequence. Unhappy customers equals unsubscribing. In turn, loss of profit.

Is there any HAPPY customer in regards of PvP in FF14??

90% of the player base don't even care PvP exists, and the 10% that care are unhappy because it's broken, long queues, 1 sided battles, GC restrictions, ...
