Yea, that's the nature of pugs. Last night I was doing the ultros fight and had half the party say it was their first time or that they didn't remember the fight. Right as I begin my explanation of what DPS needs to do in the imp phase, the tank pulls. Sure enough we all get sneezed off the platform because of lack of stacks. It's hard to fix stupid sometimes. I don't blame the new people, but the genius tank who figured that it's better to go fast instead of worry about mechanics.
