WOD & the Tank LB3

Can we please stop trying to supplement bad DPS on the Cloud of Darkness cloud phase with the Tank's LB3? Not only are we wasting more DPS I have never seen this tactic do anything more than keep a single party in the alliance alive for 1 extra minute before we still wipe.

A suggestion would be to stop ALT DERPING, which means just trying to get gear for a job you leveled but barely play without so much as learning a basic lv 50 rotation.

This LB situation started as soon as WOD became un-loot locked and is a lazy attempt at a fail-proof strategy because some ALT DERP Tanks don't even have LB set on their hot/cross bar.

Also if all pts just held of using lb till the last bit in the fight all party's would survive with tank lb.

I'd personally would of used the Healer one and hope it helps...It doesn't most of the time because it has a set area...If you're across the map from me then it won't land on you.
To me this just seems like a "We got bad people in this PT" thing than a LB problem lol.

You should be able to keep a few DPS on the boss without adds getting through. If that's not true, there's already something wrong. If *no one* is staying on the boss and adds are still getting through, you don't deserve to win, sorry. >_>

Honestly IDK why the entire alliance doesn't just ignore the second small clouds completely and keep killing the boss. The damage of 24 people over the full cloud phase and using tank lb is way way way higher than the damage of 3x melee lb. It takes me less than 15 seconds to break through the stoneskin solo as monk, after that it's free damage.

I don't think I've had a WoD since the first week that needed tank lb though. Everyone seems to have a good grasp on dealing with clouds from what I've seen.

Edit: Has anyone tried getting ranged to hold the last 1 or 2 clouds near the back to prolong the phase? Just a thought.

I dunno, I've turned a wipe into a clear with Tank LB3. Whatever gets me through that hell hole dungeon.

You didn't run WoD much prior to the unlock, did you?
