possible server swap

Sutan Eruron, currently on leviathan server, concidering a server swap. I am a 125 pld main 113 mnk sub. I can play both of my class with proficient skill. I have downed upto and including t11. All content prior to t12 on farm. I know what snap aggro is and can push my mnk dps to 475 on a dummy for a 4 minute run give or take. Thats alittle about me.

What i am looking for...
FC that has potential, one that cares about their members. Knowing that real life comes first. Would like to continue growth and fun into 3.0. I enjoy helping people grow and expect the same from the FC.

Static for FCOB/ALEX and on. Perfer FC static but am not opposed to a LS static. Raid times any day of the week from 7:30-11est or in between.

In all honesty Midgardsormr is my 3rd server, I just transferred here about 2 months ago and I'm not liking it at all, I will probably transfer again. Everyone kind of keeps to themselves. Pretty quiet, not a lot of fun activities ever happening. A lot of free companies recruiting but they only seem interested in raising their numbers and not in the actual people they recruit. Pros are it is packed and busy, cons are it seems like if you aren't already in with a group then you won't really find anyone that really cares about you. Questions will be something like "Hey you look like you are the type of person we can run high end content with" which sounds flattering but in essence is basically "Hey we want to use you, don't really care about you as a person, and will replace you in a heartbeat."

Hey Sutan, I've been on Midgard since the re-launch and I love it here. My FC - Grievance - has everything you've said you're looking for. We run high end raid content, casual raid nights for those that are having issues completing primals/coils. We have lots of FC events, PvP teams etc.

What was said about Midgard being a quiet server is all dependent on how you choose to interact within the server. I've made a lot of friends from other FC's/linkshells through Party Finder events (Hunts, Primal Pony Farms, FATE farms etc) and from the random crazy events that happen - like the many conga line of Fat Chocobo that seem to appear in Mor Dhona.

Good luck with the transfer, I know that it can be a big step. But for my part, Midgard isn't too bad a place to move to.

thanks for the info. Prophet. after checking out the site. I could not find anything about fc static groups, recruitment, and such. Can you give me an idea about this and how the fc handles static groups. I did see the guild charter and loot rules.

Hey there J. I'm the Raid Leader for Grievance and this thread was pointed out to me so here I am. I can answer anything specific you want to know, but I'll go over some details.

Currently we have 4 static groups running FCoB. The way statics are done is the same 8 people raid together every week. Each group decides the amount of time they want to spend, but most groups raid 2 nights a week for about 2 hours each.

We've had several new members join us and they are looking to raid so I am working on setting up a 5th team if enough people mesh with times and classes.

If you have any other questions feel free to ask here or if you want to create a character on Midgard and ask directly that works also.

I was planning on sitting down and trying to get a feel of the server and fc this wkend. But rl has a way to screw it up. Switched us to 12hr shifts. So hopefully sunday evening after I get up. We can.

We are a small fc in need of more member. We like to be helpful and teach and help our fc mates. A few of us craft gear for our fc mates as well as they level up.
