As a BLM main on the same server as you, I do not have these problems with the queue times. I ran through the weekly crystal tower yesterday easily. Queue times were probably about 6 or 7 minutes at most. Normally it takes me about 8 minutes to get in World of Darkness. I was even able to go into Shiva EX through the duty finder yesterday with my queue times never exceeding 10 minutes, yes all on my BLM class. Either you're getting poor RNG or you feel like the times are longer then they really are. I haven't waited more than 10 minutes for anything since release when DPS times were 45+ minutes. The longest I waited recently was probably 22 minutes at about 2am on a weekday. I'm assuming people were sleeping for work the next day though.
