Being in an FC doesn't help because everyone is usually busy and doing their own thing. Party finder is a dud.

You need a new FC.

Also, it wouldn't kill you (anyone) to tank some of the time. If every "bored" Diasy out there tanked 1 of 5 runs of anything there would be no queue waits.

If anything, you cant play as DPS because the average DPSer is lazy, and is not willing to contribute to the metagame.
