This is something. I can feel most can agree with. "Fully Resisted current state's" this make's were status effect's produced such as "Slow,bind and stun and sleep are limited" these can provide be useless.
Stunning is very important factor specially tank's
I don't know why Flash has blind. after doing countless of test's this is useless why blind of all things why cant produce more enimity why cant it deal damage over time instead. blind is crap for amount of mp this pushes out . and let's just face it "Flash" can be made better you have to wait until lvl40 until shield oath, watch is beyond me "why?!" this is major breaking point of gladiator/paladin tanks low-mid levels its extremely hard to hold threat without "Totally knowing what your doing!" Glads/Paladins don't have it easy its like there being punished for tanking low level. spamming flash until mp runs out or circling your savage blades through. (marking targets would make it better as if the player base would actually follow the markings "nope!)
and you wonder why? no one likes tanking hmm? well from unforgiving player base to constant abuse new players get from community and server too . constant if not overburdening need fight for threat. making the class very not enjoyable unsatisfying dungeon play lvl50 with 100-110+ gear.. in fact that there made this way. sucks not only this effect the game itself .. but dps and healer's suffer from this cause lack of tanks in whole game. ever had wait 3-5 hours get into raid or dungeon. only really needed well. a tank. no one wants to play a game
tanking should be easy should be fun. should require a player instantly hate the job there playing cause don't get any decent enimity gathering abilities until higher level. this really needs be looked at cause this probably main reason so many ppl hate tanking cause it is a hell of job. revamping some of there abilities are must
Also isn't to say this only class has dimishing returns
Monks - as much as people say this class does alot of damage. that is true "in-parties" but class is boring it has easy rotation with 1-2-3 constant rotation either on back in the side (Haymaker = Sucks! it doesn't make up for lack of soloable. and how slow it can become. if planting stuns correctly yes you can lay good side or back strike.
Drgs - why do need give them these long if not differcult rotations as well as placement dps. followed by Massive CD jumps! Dragoons Jump its what they do yet why do have wait got knows how many secs to proform there sig when a black mage can triple flare
again feint - its good ability but dimishing returns -screw it up
one who suffers most from dimishing returns is the caster class's thay relay on heavy. bind. sleep (or should) if your gonna give a class an ability it should be perminately useful through out the game
what do whm's do when they get around 45+ onward they aero, aero aero holy holy op holy, no reason to use stone anymore and only water ability in the whole bloody game. is pathetic and a quest ability. is it useful in end game play - very rarely)
Blm's (also have a spell its call lethergy is it useful ! worth of this ability can only be messured by how useless it is actual combat. you probably pull it off once and diminishing returns makes blms very sad panda . why did they nerf blizzard II i mean ya makes a good cross-class ability but 50 potency isn't that little too much of a nerf for a close-ranged! binding spell thats gonna be resisted after 3rd cast
The Worst I mean the worst is smn - dimishing returns the nerf on virus! whats the big deal it lowered dmg when think about on scale's not by alot yes players abused ti cause it was good. heavy on maisma... stun on ifirit (this needs to stop)
Stun on ifirit force's the summoner put it on obey. watch you should anyway. followed with a Blaze on Spike's spell watch cannot be casted on any other party member but ifirit (useless) the stun could be useful if it wasn't for dimishing returns how it mess's up the tanks stuns too. where they made garuda egi seriously op as far as range'd dps as usability over ifirit egi. and titan egi' should have more use's in raid and dungeon's yes meant to help you solo but not much soloing at lvl50 now is there you want to raid do stuff like that. summoner over all pet system and pet based abilities need be revamped and re-balanced. as well adding new egi's and or pet's make it feel like a summoner.
what is worse this class share's job with already overpowered scholar. (even if does take forever and with propar cross class abilities) can solo like a boss even without tank pet. and is if not most seriously op healer. that can overshadow a whm in sustainable in long raid fights. and more usable heals (have i ran out of MP on a scholar before very rarely at least one's that know what there doing)
there shouldn't be a limit on debuffs! or states. cause thats what cool-downs are for, if you worried about player's stun-locking boss's add higher cool-downs
i want you also to understand something , why add abilitys into a game that are gonna be extremely pointless and give class's abilities in the end that they wont use cause they are pointless. and player base also see it as pointless
as summoner i never ever use virus why cause whm/blms can use it too if i used it it wasted. not only mp time could be spending dealing damage
here's another thing not enough customization - 30 points need too push the points up 50-60 put a cap amount of each stat and let player's have more customization on there total stats one stat would cap at 30 another at 20 and another at 10
what we have now is players are flooding there stats point on single stat point this adding limited customization if it is gonna stay like this the feature is pointless
this post may be aggressive. but in mmorpg it is important to make abilities if not so that are perminate stable's instead of eh! only good beganning of the game. and only if anything situational in the end or raids
