In-game music issues.

For some reason, FATE music, as well as general BGM will either not play, or there is a long long delay before they do. In the case of FATE music, it wont play at all.

City music, chocobo music, certain taverns, these all play as normal.

And the battle music doesn't "reset" to the beginning when entering a new battle, when I'm out of combat(when the battle music ends). When entering a new battle, it transitions to where ever the track left off from the last battle, even if that was 5 minutes ago. The delay is supposed to be much shorter than that.

I've tried numerous things to get this back to normal:

-Resetting my modem.
-Using the reset option in the launcher.
-Checking all sound options in game..which is not much. All are default 100 with non turned off.
-Re-installing FFXIV; which really surprised me that doing so did not fix this issue, as I thought there could have been a corruption with the sound files.

I still haven't been able to resolve this, let alone know what caused it. However, *some* BGM only plays during the in-game day. There is no BGM, aside from battle music at night. All BGM also doesn't transition into another like it supposed to.

Dungeon BGM works as intended, which is good. I'm lead to believe this maybe an issue with my CPU, but I'll never know.
