Give us an option to hold it with two hands please~. Holding a two handed staff with one hand, defeats the purpose of calling it a "two handed staff".
Please consider it! <3

I just pictured a thaumaturge dual wielding staves. Can we have that class please?
Noticed this a long time ago and also thought it was silly.Holding a two handed staff with one hand, defeats the purpose of calling it a "two handed staff".
Gandalf and Saruman could be using one handed staves for all we know. But in the FF14 world, SE specifically stated in the tool tips that ours are 2 handed :<. SE might as well change all staves to one handed conjurers arm if they don't plan to add 2 handed animation. THE CONUNDRUM CONTINUES

Yes please.
Let us hold it at least during non-casting and during movement (walking -> sprinting) in two hands if it is too much work to change the casting animations.
Or change them to one-hand weapons and let us equip shields with them ^^

So much this! SE needn't worry about changing any casting animation that we currently have. It's only the default battle stance that should be changed from 1-handed to 2-handed
I wish we could glamour wands over staffs, I'm so tired of not having a choice in my weapon when the class has two types of weapons to begin with. What is the point of having different weapon types if we don't even have a choice in the matter? -_-
Agreed, honestly the game needs more wand and shield weapons. I love the look of it.
