Aether Mael queues are ~5mins on good days and up to 30~60mins on bad ones. Typically on the good days we have some pretty decent players going in; but on the bad ones I've seen the absolute worst.

I think part of the issue stems from that fact that 5 times out of 10, we get an alliance (in 72s) with no healers and either a ton of tanks or a ton of dps. Having been in said alliances before I can pretty much confirm that it is severely frustrating if the rest of the team does not co-ordinate well, because if you aren't careful you are guaranteed to die (and most people do end up dying because co-ordination seems to be a foriegn concept to the masses on our side).

It just ends up being demoralizing, I've seen people leave games that were a "lost cause" or just outright do what I assume would be afking in our spawn. And of course, that leads to people just outright not playing. Hell I don't even play on days where I just get bad match after bad match after bad match- despite putting in all of my effort to win.

Solo queues for 72-man anything, in my experience, are an absolute mess for us- it borders on "bearable" but can very quickly teeter over to "absolute nightmare". 24-player games on the other hand tend to go pretty well.
