I got a suggestion, which would make it a lot easier to balance the racing, so people with chocobos destined to be bred don't have so many problems.

The current state is:
Rating = (All max stats/500)x(Current Level +10)

The problem is, that this attaches no value to feeding. If you don't feed your chocobo at all or feed it Grade 3 food - it makes no difference. Grade 2 and especially Grade 3 food is very expensive and very few will feed Grade 2 food and near to none Grade 3 food to a Pedigree 1-8 Chocobo.

I got my Chocobo Champion now. 4 3 3 4 4 stars and since I will keep her, I fed/feed her Grade 3 food. With Stamina 3 and Dash 3 she simply crushes every race up to 240 and while she is only Level 41 now and still got 7 training sessions available, she can already win R-300 races (and mainly reaches one of the first 3 ranks). Pretty sure this would not happen, if I had fed her Grade 1 food - which would mean +5 per training instead of +14/15, accumulating to a difference of ~330 stat points (Current stats: 420, 262, 331, 390, 330).

Still, she would have the same rating and had to race (and lose) in the same racing class as my super fed Chocobo.

A little - or + for the real stats would help there. Minus for those, who still got their low pedigree chocobos and don't want to waste too much food, since it got no impact on breeding in any way. And a plus would help those with a pedigree 9 chocobo, because at the moment you simply need to have a 17/20 Rank 50 Chocobo (or better) to reach Rating 285 for the achievement. 16/20 and you just can't reach Rating 285, no matter what you try.
