Missing Cactpot Ticket

I know I had a Cactpot ticket for this weeks drawing but when I went today to see if I won it is saying I don't, whats up with that???? Do you need to cash it in on Saturdays only???

No, you have the following 7 days, until the next draw, to cash in, you probably forgot.

Check your characters UI gold saucer window which lists MGP, tournament status and mini/big cactpot status. See if lists ticket there, I don't know if you did buy one this week or not, whether bought it on an alt character and tried to redeem on wrong one or whether something else happened but you can check your gold saucer sheet/window.

Same thing happened to me. I bought the ticket just yesterday and today I checked it and it's gone. It happened to me last week as well on both Characters I use. I bought the ticket right after the previous drawing and on Wednesday it is gone. I'm going to check my other character right now to see if she has hers. I know this is happening because I write on my calender when I buy a ticket.

Ok so I just got back from checking. Seems my alt Char is ok. So so far, I have bought my ticket before Tuesday Reset and On Wednesday My ticket is missing. This has happened once to my Alt Char and twice to my Main. (Last weeks drawing and This week, before the drawing) I had to buy a new ticket. Square owes me, but not sure if I can make a complaint to get my lost mgp back.

I also have a friend that this has happened to twice already. She plays right next to me so I saw her pick er numbers and purchase the ticket, yet two weeks in a row when she goes to the cashier it says she needs to purchase a ticket.

I had her take a screenshot this time of it showing that she bought a ticket so if it happens again I will have some sort of proof to show support.

same thing happened to me last week. ticket just went poof. from now on i am recording proof of my purchase. the next time it happens it will be sent with a bug report. but this is most certainly a real deal. tickets shouldn't just go poof.
