Extra hotbar

I play the PS4 version. I remember seeing a stream where the player had a bar made from skills. It was separate from the hotbar, which was on the bottom center of the screen. He set it up vertically on the right side. I don't have a visual of it, but hopefully someone knows what I'm referring to. That might be very helpful and could avoid the need to swap hotbars for different skills.

There are several vertical and horizontal hotbars available. In fact they're in your UI anyway, just hidden and empty. You can turn them on under settings, share them or not, move them around, scale them, etc. I use a PS4 controller on PC so it might be slightly different, but I find them very difficult/ impossible to use with the trackpad on the controller, so you'd probably need a mouse to use them effectively.

I have some set mainly for visuals that are on a different page. So I can see when their up again. Other I have bound. To keyson my keyboard for quick acess (mainly X pots) i use controller and keyboard, its my preference lil

How do I add stuff to it? It's just some empty spaces on my UI. I tried to drag and drop but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Drag n drop should work, make sure you have drag n drop enabled in the hotbar config settings. You can also change the settin. So you don't have empty spaces visible

I set my controller up so holding l2 and then r2 or r2 and then l2 gives you access to your second hotbar commands. You can set this up under character configuration. Just tab over to crossbar and you will find the options there.
