If it is like the other times I have tried to contact SE, I am going to be waiting a long time. Maybe one of you can help me?

First issue, Friday night I used a prepaid Visa card to add a 30-day entry level subscription. It told me I would be charged once my trial period was over. Saturday morning, getting on, Doesn't work. I have 0 day. I tried to buy the 30 day entry level, again. Error 406 poped up. Through other forums, I have tried different web browsers. Still, Error 406 after I input my Card info. I am sure everything is typed correctly.

On my card info, I now have 5 Pending $1 payments from Square Enix. I also have an email sent Saturday, at about 2am saying
"This e-mail has been sent to inform you that an error occurred when processing a payment for FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn. As a result, your subscription has been canceled."

Some research .. I have came to the conclusion I cannot use a prepaid Visa for this.
I went onto Amazon, as the next recommended thing, and I bought an online game code for 60 days. Got the code, followed the instructions. This is where I am confused! The code I got, is 20 characters long. No spaces, letters and numbers. All capital. On the mog station however, it has 5 boxes. Each wanted 4 characters. I broke it down .. does't work.

The code says it's for NA. My Square account is for NA. I don't know what to do now. Do I have a useless code? What about the $1 charges? Will I get that money back? I cannot call 'till Monday morning. So I got over 30 more hours to wait. If no one can come up with something, I will be calling when I have the chance.
