Main character bugged after Titan Ex win and cutscene

Main character bugged after Titan Extreme win and cutscene. Then it went to black loading screen with rotating loading icon and jammed there to crash like 5 min later slowing my pc. Then I retried to log on my main character several times from last night till now and it stays on the background image of limsa with the post moggle loading icon and crashes 5 min later again slowing down my pc. Sometimes I need to restart PC to be able to recover and retry.

I can log to any other characters I have but I noticed on one of them that I couldnt access menus and macros were fucked up missing icons .... Dunno if its have to do with Outer La Noscea area cuz thats where FFXIV apps tells me my main character is and when it is supposedly loading you hear the ambient noise of outer la noscea but no in-game image just the loading screen. I tried to go see in that Outer la noscea area and thats where I noticed the bug on one of my alternate character ( Lina Walker on Jenova server )

All my characters are on Jenova server
My main is Shinote Kirito also on Jenova server

Been 19 hours I cant log on my main character I need help resolving this please ><

Well forget the part where I cant reconnect I lowered temporarily the graphic spec and connected with some bugs then returned to my home point where it crashed again but reconnected in gridania and then no more bugs guesss it was related to outer la noscea area. Popped into La noscea in a rock cuz thats all I could see and couldnt turn the camera I could just activate my return macro to get to my home point to crash on black screen to reload game and then be able to load in gridania...

However since I crashed in Titan Extreme in the cutscene after his death. The win didnt register...

AND now just redone Titan extreme won and was still alive and got out normally but as if it already been won once but my quest log still didnt register please someone answer and fix that ><
