Are you able to catch the stop error message in the blue screen before it reboots? Should give some hints as to what may be going on. It should also be logged in the Windows Event Logs as well (eventvwr.msc from the search/run box will pull it up directly).

It could be something as simple as a corrupted swap file, driver conflict, or something more serious like failing ram, dying power supply, or failing cooling devices.
