Gilga and Levi are going to be your next best options for hardcore and static opportunities. Don't let me dissuade you if you really have your heart set on Sargatanas, but my FC on Levi is looking for a PLD for 3.0 progression. I've seen your posts before and if you'd consider coming to Levi, I'd love to chat with you a bit more.
