Au Ra naming rules?

Are there any informations to this?

I want to start soon with a char, that will get Au Ra by using Phantasia right after the expansion hits.

Hope you know the phantasia does not have the power to allow you to edit your name. Even tho i'm changing to Au'ra and would love to make a Au'Ra name i like my name been using it for a long time in ffxiv.

But a dev said they would like to release this later on i think they said they want to try before the release.
