I wish. Nope, they were a level 50 BLM, we were in the original WP, and he for a very short while was in my fc at the time too. (He didn't last in the fc because of said temper lol) Not pretty sure he wasn't trolling, he was just ...um...yeah =D
I am gonna go get myself a pair of UGGs and some Pumpkin Spice Latte so I come full circle in my white girl cannot even-ing.
In all seriousness, I'm surprised a level 50 didn't know about weakness. I don't see how they could have possibly made it all the way to 50 without dying once. I mean, Titan and Garuda story modes alone are buttkickers for new people (and sometimes old ones too, especially Garuda. One day I'll figure out how to tank it without dying. ._.).
I think he had only leveled as dps and had no experience with healing. He did know about raise weakness, but for some reason got it into his head it could be esuna'd away, and that was what he was ranting about lol. How he got to 50 without learning different I have no idea tho lol.I am gonna go get myself a pair of UGGs and some Pumpkin Spice Latte so I come full circle in my white girl cannot even-ing.

Yes please...I am so tired of people not accepting rez or yelling at me for "bad timing" cause they think they will die instantly...and some people do not even know that they rez near your cast position either and do not take rez for that reason to. (example being that one hit KO goop in LoTA...somebody dies to it, and refuses to take rez till its gone)Ouch. Yeah, but these things can be countered by direct experience ("Oh, when I push yes I move to the healer's position..."). Even if they choose not to.
The res invulnerability, however, is much harder to notice. A lot of people, as soon as they're back on their feet, immediately try to DPS/heal/etc. For some fights that's OK, but for the ones with a lot of raid damage, it would be nice if there was a cue along the lines of "Oh, I can wait for the healer to get a cure II off."
Some people still won't learn, but it will be a lot more obvious to those that are willing to learn, I think.
