How do you unlock death of a mailman quest?

I am at this quest and the npc is not there. I do not see any prerequisite listed. Can anybody help me out?

Yes, I have done all delivery moonless quests up to this one.

You have to be done ARR main stiry, then you pick up the level 50 quest near Saint Coinach Find in Mor Dhona.

sorry, realized you meant a particular quest. You probably are missing some low level quests to unlock the associated mailman quest to rank up.

I have the exact same problem. I skipped a ton of side quests and I'm at Courier Level 11 and I'm unable to proceed any further.

Go to Central shroud, go up the tree like you were going to go to Haukke Manor (Sorrel Haven, I think). At the Circular balcony AFTER the Spire you will need to do two quests for Marcette, the abrasive woman standing up. LINK to INFO

After you do her two quests you need to go back to Lominsa and get Thwack a mole. Finish that quest and then you will be able to continue your Moogle Delivery quests.

Thanks, this was one quest I was missing and after completing it I was able to continue the mailman chain.

There's some side quest need to do first and then the quest from Deputy Postmoogle will unlocked.
