    Mooch for Nepto

    So I was fishing for neptos and discovered that my Gathering was too low (396) the first time one bit. So I decided to switch baits and go for Megalodons. Then I get this message on my first mooch that seemed pretty interesting.



    I believe this implies that Nepto can be mooched from a Merlthor Goby?


    Edit: I just double checked on ff14angler. Apparently this has already been established in the comments section for the Nepto Dragon, but is not listed on the actual bait tables.

    You still need the 3 little thalos for fishers intuition tho? not sure which would be better trying to straight catch or HQ mooch xD

    Although it wore off by the time I took the (correct) screen shot, I still had the Fishers Intuition buff when the Nepto nibbled on the mooch
