    Charter is now saying that there is an outage impacting some internet routing and trafficking. more then likely one or more of their routers/switches. no eta at this time

    You beat me to it. While I have not yet called charter to inquire. I was just able to connect through use of a VPN which certainly would confirm that the issue is on the ISP side of the house.
