Summoner alone will have 3 new summon spells with Leviathan, Ramuh and Shiva and 3 more job abilities which makes 6 job abilities since Summoners get job related spells. I think it will be a class ability every other level starting at 51 and ending at 60 and a job ability every other level starting at 52 and ending at 60.

Anything's possible, but in your example remember that SMN got 3 summons in 2.x as well, but only one of them was a new spell (Summon III). Also where are you getting 3 more job abilities for SMN? Was that in a panel?

Yoshi already stated that Summoner's are getting all elemental primals in Egi form in 3.0. Since every time someone ask if Summoners are getting x egi every time a new primal is released during Q&A the answer is always when the level cap is raised its safe to assume that Summoner's will be getting three new summon abilities.
