    New Wards and Castle sized housing?

    I'm hearing rumours about it, but they seem shady.

    Like new wards in Cortheas, next big housing size "Castle." Seems hard to believe but I'm wondering if rumours are true?

    Unless there has been any official comment on it, believe it to be false. Besides, castle sized just sounds dumb. They also noted that housing in Ishgard wouldn't be a thing, at least in the first half of 3.0

    Damn, was getting hyped up for nothing. Thought a Castle size house would of been nice for free company

    SE stated that there won't be housing inside Coerthas/Ishgard for a long time yet (due to, you know, the whole Dragonsong War thing and the Dravanian Horde howling at the gates), but they did seem to hint at perhaps an expansion to the existing housing wards, which would be a good thing for those in my FC's position who are currently without a home and eager to build their little slice of Eorzea.

    Although I think somehow 'castle size' housing is just wishful thinking...

    They might go with a castle theme for mansions since even in the existing Wards they are fairly large, but I don't think they'd actually increase the sizes of houses on the inside/outside. If they did, they'd have to increase the size of the existing ones or people would complain.

    I wish one of the 3.0 patches would focus solely on housing and revamping + updating it. It's still such a half-assed system.
