Dear SE, is there going to be more to end game than Instanced Raids?

I understand the desire for end game. I'm right there with you. But recognize that the developers have just pulled this game from the toilet to turn it into a game that has promise. Give it some time. They've been adjusting the game for the players thus far. When FFXI first came out it wasn't an end game players dream. It took years + expansions to provide all that great content. Even though FFXIV has been out for a year it's just now starting to develop. You should really think of it as JUST COMING OUT OF BETA. I wish it wasn't like that but it is, therefor, I believe your looking at some serious time before we have the end game we desire. I'm sure the Yoshi P and his development team will deliver throughout the life of the game though.

I'm banking in this having great HNM content. Please dev's don't let us down. ^,~

Yeah i agree with you and with the op. Its gonna take some time to get this game in its proper course and i dont think raids will be the endgame in my op. it will be one of the choices of endgame they'll give us i hope, i really want to see open world events and epic quest chains as endgame too and of course story CS that shows your character in the middle but not as a weakling but as a bad ass character (even saving from death main story npc's lol) we spend to much time with the growth of our character to see them as weaklings example cut scene r46 mission.

As for now i dont know how they are going to marry medieval class system with garleans high technology...
