    This is gonna sound dumb, but if i level up scholar can i get both Adlo and Succor on my WHM?

    No. First off only certain abilities are cross-class. You can cross-class Surecast, Blizzard II and Swiftcast from THM, and/or Ruin, Physick, Virus and Eye for an Eye from ACN. Second, as you may have noticed, I used THM and ACN, and not BLM and SCH. That's because you can only cross-class class abilities, not job abilities.
