ffxiv everything designed wrong about this game

-The leveling and gameplay is designed wrong.
What they should of done is given you an adventurer ranking
And all accumulated experience points from every weapons level levels up your adventurer rank.
Secondly in combination with this each weapon should have a skill level on it as opposed to the class leveling system.
    So in laments terms
Weapon level instead of class level
This way you can learn a weapon from a guild and not deal with being tied to one class specific weapon.
Jobs should give you stat boosts in a specific attribute category and specific weapon, armour type, and skills like normal.s I.e a dragoon gets dex vit and str boosts in that job and when using a spear deal double damage as a dps Heightened regular jump and jumping skill.
and every attribute point accumulated from leveling up every weapon is shared through out so that the repetitive gameplay serves a purpose to level every weapon to 50 will give an estimated 360 attribute points 30 points per weapon.
also this allows the seven shared skills from other classes to be nearly any skill a player chooses, besides the limiting ones they give.
Also it deterrs from having to start leveling up all the way over from level one with a class when your leves and quests will be based on your adventurer rank. This will bring back opportunities to powerlevel new guild members and have them in the foray without having to wait till their at a specific level to play with you In one class. They can now still maintain their stats aandranking and build up their new weapon as they progress without having to miss group moments. So its makes being in a guild even more useful.
