Since the NIN class was sorta based a bit on Naruto, i thought I'd glamour my NIN as an anbu black ops ninja. It sorta looks like one, so wat do u guys think?

Absolutely not.
The Naruto spiels were all based on ninja cliches that have been around for decades or even centuries in a few cases. FFXIV (and pretty much all of them going back to the NES games) draw on these cliches as well.
To say FFXIV's ninja is based on Naruto is like saying Anne Rice invented sexy vampires.

It's important to understand that Naruto is super popular, and has a lot of hype backlash. Your statement also implied something that is patently untrue.
When saying something is based on something, implication or not, it's also important to be able to verify your statement.
Please keep in mind what you basically did was akin to coming into a World of Darkness forum and saying "since vampires are kinda based on twilight..."

I'm not really mocking ya but you did make me laugh when you said naurto, it leaves you opened to be flamed, be ready for the blunt of people mocking ya for awhile. :-/
