[FFXIVARRHeavensward] No Digital Download for CE PS4?

Is there really no Digital Download for " FFXIVARR Heavensward Collectors " for the PS4? I have been looking everywhere for it and found nothing...
No DDownload in the store online nor in the PSN ... If there is can someone kindly pass a long a link for it?

It bothers me most that on the website, a well as on the PS4 app itself, it says everything is ready for pre-order for PS4. But unfortunately, it's only the Standard Edition, Physical Collector's Edition, or the ARR/Heavensward Combo Pack (which unfortunately shares the same price as the Digital CE, leading some to order the wrong item).

I've been checking the PSN store each Tuesday, checking the SE digital store, all to no avail. No one seems to know when it will come available or not.

They answered this several times: as to the question of if and when PSN pre-orders (PS3/PS4) will begin, standard and CE, the following are some quotes from the Community Team:

While the digital versions of Heavensward are not yet available to pre-order on the PlayStation Network (both PS3/PS4) they will be available in the future. Don't worry, pre-ordering them will also grant access to the pre-order bonuses that other versions have as well. We'll announce more details as we get closer to the pre-order dates!

When will the digital pre-orders begin on the PlayStation®Network (for PS3/PS4)? We're currently working with Sony on this and will share more information once we have it.

Is there info about the abbility to upgrade Heavensward standard to Heavensward CE in Mogstation after the start of Heavensward?
Then I can preorder the physical standard PS4 to be save until more info about the CE digital version is out.

It functions the same as the base game: you can still choose to purchase the digital CE version if you already have the standard version registered, too, even; also, it doesn't matter if the standard version purchased is physical or digital.
