It may not have been in cold blood, but we're still talking about a guy who was notorious for having a raging temper and proclivity for duels years and years before he was elected president. That duels were legal at the time doesn't change much. To me, anyway.Well I have, but Raubahn murdered someone in cold blood in an area wherein drawing ones weapon is forbidden. Andrew Jackson (I am assuming you are speaking of the same Andrew Jackson who was the United States' 7th President) however, killed people who slandered his and his wife's name in duels, which was a completely different scenario.
