I'm pleased with the airship so far. I prefer to enjoy the ride for a min or two though with a party or group of people. just to get a good look at Eorzea from above would be nice.

I know this request might be sometime away from implementing, I hope I get to see some giant warships like the ones from the opening cutscene.

Sometimes I come onto these forums and its like I have accidentally landed on an alien planet. People are really upset with the fact that the AS ride is a cutscene instead of actually showing the world below? GTFO! Seriously, anyone who thinks this is a big deal is just crushing my will to live. In the mean time, I can't believe no one is upset about how the Materia system is potentially going to outclass NM/Dungeon gear? I cant be the only raider that thinks this stinks?

Of all the wonderful things coming up in the next 3 patches, all people are talking about is the airships in this thread. wow...just wow.

do u guys think there will be an expansion for ps3 launch? wondering if they have a set out goal and mission for one that they are holding back the meatier content for later to come out all at once when they done with all these fixes.

Its very well possible, These patch are the " hold me over Patches" to me till the next one comes out, I feel as if they are saving all the Meatier content in an Expansion but that's just me =)

The question is what is "meatier" content? We will already have dungeons, Hamlet defense, jobs, materia crafting, escort missions, and all this other stuff bbefore the PS3 expansion pack... how can they 1up all that? They said they will do PvP at some point. Maybe that's what they're planning to do to get the PS3 players hooked

New classes, new jobs with the new classes, new region (maybe Ala Migho ^^) new war content (something about the war with the empire), new lore, new genders and races.

No one reads threads. It's been stated time and time again that the cut scene is temporary then the travel ride will be implemented later. Please drop this. Would you rather not have them at all then?
