Some Pricing Checks

So me and my guild wanted to look into saving up for a medium house in the mist preferably. So we wanted to get a price check on people selling mediums in that area? So pretty much what is the average asking price or does anyone have any offers and are willing to wait a bit.

I know several people who are waiting for houses. I have been donating and helping some people save up but ultimately the issue is there are really no houses on the markets. There is an issue with some houses belonging to now defunct and no longer around free companies but Balmung has a lot of issues. If a recluse like me knows of 15 different groups wanting a house then that is a scary small estimate of the demand on Balmung.

Last person who talked to me about selling a house was wanting around 45 million for the medium. I am not sure if that is the actual price since there is really no market from people holding onto their plots.

I think I heard of one person asking for 60mil on a large though I think they were only considering it. I myself sold a medium plot in Goblet for 14mil, though I could have received much more based on what I saw some people asking/offering in Party Finder.

I saw some asking for 30mil others not as high etc. Can't tell in PF when people are usually not letting go of the mediums in the first place.

The plot reverted back to 30mil when it went up for sale.
