    Company-issue Engineering Manual bug?

    Not sure if this has been report yet, but I think the effect of this item shown as 3 hours count down, however it seem to fade by just 1 hour actually.

    There is a cap on the amount of bonus SP that can be received with an Engineering Manual. My observation is that the Engineering Manual generates +50% SP gain from synths, and that the buff goes away after earning 12,000 SP in total.

    So, of that, 8000 SP is earned "normally" and 4000 SP is bonus SP from the Engineering Manual. The 3 hour timer on the Manual is simply giving players a healthy amount of time in which to earn the 8k SP and get the 4k bonus SP, which is the actual reward limit.
