TRIED TO RENEW SUBSCRIPTION. CAN'T GET IT TO WORK

My first 30 days has expired after purchasing the game on windows. So, I went to Mog station, picked Standard, and entered my credit card information for the 14.99 option.. It accepted everything. However, it still won't let me log in. I've done this 3 or 4 times incase I made a typo, but it's still telling me no Valid service account. However, Square Enix did charge me 4 bucks for typing my credit card information in repeatedly.

Anyone know how to solve this?

Sorry, but this doesn't sound like something we (other players) can answer, so that's probably why there's no responses. SE don't answer tech support through these forums, they're mainly for players to help other players, but with account related things you need to talk to SE (either via email which is really slow, webchat or phone).

Saying all that though, when you're on the Mog Station, you only have one service account right? (not two service accounts and possibly you're trying to put your card details into one that doesn't have your character on it?). Sorry if that sounds like an obvious question, but checking simplest things first!! Failing that if you can't get the card payment options to work, you could try buying Crysta (I believe they still do that?) and using that to top up your account or just getting a pre-paid game card (but make sure it matches the region that your account is - NA won't work with EU and vice versa).
