Why is it after every maintainence, there is an emergency maintainence. Test Realm?

I'm really bothered by this. After each and every patch that releases, there is always another hotfix patch that comes a day later. Due to my free time being limited because of my awkward work schedule, each time they do these patches and fixes it cuts right in the middle of what little hours I have available. I wouldn't be so bothered with a break once in a while, but when they do it every time the same time, it targets people like me and we get the short end of the stick.

Why not introduce a test realm to cut down on unnecessary maintenance? I'm sure the community would be up to it.

All those little ones a zeros that get transmitted in vast quantity, is hard to keep track of the all, one or two don't get rearranged properly after transmission and the end is nigh. Someday we will live in a perfect world, someday?
