I disagree with you here. There was god reason for the WoL to be with her. She knew there would be backlash from the moneterists after she abolished the present political structure. As it is obvious the moneterists would not give up their power easily so requesting for the WoL, who through our actions have become a saviour of Eorzea. A hero to the people. Who better to stand at Raubans side during the tumultous times following? Minfillia would not give out the same message as the WoL would.

With our actions, I doubt the WoL is a stranger to anyone. Least of all a city state leader.
