Team Social Link, one of the statics of Elvellon FC, is looking for an exceptional white mage who is interested in hardcore progression for Heavensward. We are looking to be among the first to tackle and take down Alexander and want someone who is interested in everything this involves.

We are looking for someone...

Who is a quick learner, has excellent raid awareness and independently works on optimizing their job.
Who works well under pressure, and does not take criticism personally.
Who is confident that they have mastered their job.
Who is excited about the expansion and plans to have a very free schedule when it comes out, to keep up with the gear curve and be one of the first in end-game content.
Who knows what cutting edge progression is like, what it is like to tackle new content with minimal gear and no info, and loves it.

On top of all this, someone who is looking to raid with people who share this mindset.

T13 clear experience is a minimum, the trial process will involve joining us in t7 savage progression in 2.3 gear, as well as FCoB farming. Being able to shoulder most of the healing alongside a sch who loves to use cleric and tanks in DPS stance is something that should come naturally. TS3 is used for voice comms and that is also required.

Even though this is recruiting with Heavensward in mind and FCoB will be off lockout we will still be fairly active in the months before it, finding ways to challenge ourselves and keep us in good condition for the expansion.

Cross-server applicants are encouraged to apply. Our group has a long history of recruiting cross-server, if you are someone who has typically been part of cutting edge progression on other servers and are looking for a +8 GMT/+10 GMT raid group of the same standard then we would love to talk to you.

About the static:

Server 3rd for t10,11,13, 2nd for 12.
Savage 6,8 and 9 cleared in 2.3.
Some of our members have been part of server firsts in other statics.
