can't keep anything that isn't given to us. Someone else do the transforming on us.

Also to those in a LS with a house (the lamp is indoor, can be placed in the personal room of a LS house)

With all the transformation we've done, we could have ended up with the knowledge long ago. Or, say, an item that "stores" the magic that can be activated by us. It's not like there aren't way to make it work.

And yeah, if you are in a FC in which you feel safe enough to spend all the gil on a room of your own... that still doesn't apply to everyone though.
