Bought game and crysta with paypal, now I can't buy crysta anymore...

I bought the game with my paypal on december, I bought crysta with my paypal to pay for my first month in the last days of january, then I tried to buy crysta again around 26-28 february (just after server went down when maintenance started, guess was 26 or 27), I got this message:

"Thank you for your purchase of Crysta. Upon confirmation of your payment, Crysta will be added to your account.

* Please note that in some cases there may be a delay before Crysta is added to your account."

Then, nothing happened, I tried like 3 more times, same result, never got crysta (and my paypal still have the money, my debit card always have money to pay for crysta), then after 5 days I got an email from SE saying that there was an error with my transaction and my account would be cancelled. So, I ask for chat support, the agent told me "we are not a bank, the payments are automatized, go buy a 2 month game time card (so expensive, I pay 13 dollars for a month, 2 month game time card is 30 dollars...and dollar is so expensive this days in my country) or try using another browser (which I did, never worked), or do it from another pc (this is the only one I have). So after the sadness (your chat support agents are awful), I asked a friend to pay for my crysta with his paypal (and it worked, that's my current month, still have like 9 or 8 days left).

So I've keep trying to pay with my paypal, still doesn't work, don't know why, there is money on my debit card and I've used to pay in humble bundle (I own now more games in steam which is nice, but I only play FFXIV, damn you SE!!) and steam just to test it.

So, any help? Ideas? Why it doesn't work anymore if I bought the game with it and payed my first month? Help would be nice, I want to pay with my own paypal -_-

speak to your bank the fact your friend was capable means its on your side where the problem is.
